This policy explains returns and refunds for orders placed with LB Smoke Shop, and the rules for pickup and delivery. Because we sell age-restricted tobacco, nicotine, and related products, some standard return options do not apply.
Final sale
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, tobacco, nicotine, vape, and similar consumable products are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave the store or are handed to you at delivery. Please review your order before completing checkout and before accepting it.
Defective or incorrect orders
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hoursof pickup or delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. After we verify the problem, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item. Defective hardware may also be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, which we can help you pursue. This does not cover buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or used or opened consumables.
Pickup orders
- A valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21+ is required to collect any pickup order.
- Pickup orders are held for 48 hours after they are ready. Unclaimed orders may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method, less any non-refundable processing fees.
- The named buyer must be present; someone else cannot collect on your behalf.
Delivery orders
- The driver verifies a valid 21+ government-issued photo ID at the door before handing over the order.
- We do not leave orders unattended. If no eligible, ID-verified recipient is present, the order cannot be completed.
- Delivery is limited to our serviceable zone around 1248 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33145, within the State of FL. Delivery is intrastate only and we never cross state lines.
- Your billing and delivery address must be within FLand must match the age-verified buyer’s information. Mismatched or out-of-zone addresses may cause the order to be canceled.
- Age-verification failure. If the recipient cannot present a valid 21+ ID, appears intoxicated, or refuses verification, the driver will not release the order. The order is returned to the store and refunded to the original payment method, less the delivery fee and any non-refundable processing fees, since the delivery attempt was made.
Payment and refund timing
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor and ordering platform. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed on our end, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Delivery fees are non-refundable once a driver has been dispatched, except where an order issue is our fault.
