These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.lbsmokeshop.com and any orders you place with LB Smoke Shop(“we,” “us,” or “our”) for in-store pickup or local delivery. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or place an order. By using the site you represent that you are at least 21. You must be 21 or older to shop with us. Valid government ID required for in-store and at delivery. Orders placed by anyone who cannot satisfy age and ID verification will be canceled.
Ordering for pickup or delivery
You may place orders for in-store pickup at 1248 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33145 or for local delivery. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is not accepted until we confirm it and, where required, successfully verify your age at pickup or at the door. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, ineligibility, or product unavailability.
Pricing and availability
Prices, promotions, and product availability are shown through our ordering platform and may change without notice. Inventory is limited and items may sell out. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and stock, but errors can occur; if an item’s price or availability is wrong, we may cancel the affected order or contact you before fulfilling it. Applicable taxes and any delivery fees are shown at checkout before you confirm.
ID verification
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you are at least 21 is required to receive any order. For pickup, ID is checked in store. For delivery, the driver verifies ID in person at the door; the named buyer must be present. We do not leave orders unattended and cannot hand an order to anyone who fails ID verification.
Intrastate delivery only
Delivery is available only within our local service zone around 1248 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33145, and only within the State of FL. We do not ship or deliver across state lines. All deliveries are intrastate and address/zone-dependent; serviceability is confirmed by address at checkout.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site if you are under 21.
- Do not provide false information or misrepresent your age or identity.
- Do not purchase on behalf of, or resupply, anyone under 21.
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to disrupt its operation or security.
